The first Ersa selective soldering machine in Peru has successfully been installed and is now in operation. Our customer HAGROY ELECTRONIC is a specialist in security systems for private homes and medium-sized companies. Chilean Ersa representative Luis Lund is the responsible local sales & service contact. The first contact between Ersa and HAGROY ELECTRONIC was made during the IPC APEX show in San Diego/USA. Since HAGROY has already been using Ersa soldering stations for manual soldering applications, they already knew of Ersa and its equipment.
As far as soldering technology is concerned HAGROY ELECTRONIC now takes the next step with the SMARTFLOW 2020, as this system is perfectly suited to replace hand soldering processes in the production of small batches. With the installation of the compact selective soldering system completed, the entire HAGROY team is now appreciating a substantial improvement in quality at a steady throughput. “HAGROY produces diverse products in this field, ranging from prototypes to small and medium-sized batches. Our representative Luis Lund has done a great job in cooperation with the customer. We wish HAGROY highly productive manufacturing processes at peak quality,” Ersa Vice President and General Sales Director Rainer Krauss said, being very proud of the access to the new market of Peru.
