Condensation Management

A condensation management system is a functional unit found in reflow- and inert gas wave soldering systems. The atmosphere within the tunnel of a soldering system contains numerous substances which are not allowed to deposit themselves in the process chamber. To effectively separate and remove these substances, a portion of the process atmosphere is continuously removed from the tunnel and guided through a condensation removal system and an arrangement of filters. The cleaned atmosphere is fed back into the process tunnel. This complex and involved system is referred to as “condensation management system”.
