Measuring Board

Measuring boards are used to record temperature/time progression in transverse and longitudinal profiles of soldering systems. The measuring board consists of a base plate having a similar thermal capacity as a real printed circuit board. On this plate, multiple thermocouples are attached, which take the temperature readings at different locations and masses (components). The sensors are connected to an evaluation electronics, which either stores the data or communicates it, via wireless means, to a PC.
