... VERSAPRINT B1

The VERSAPRINT B1 is a simply to operate inline stencil printer. On account of its modular design, the unit can be freely configured as per requirements. A 100% post print inspection is possible when the optional line scan camera is retrofitted.

Configuration of the basic system

  • Area scan camera to align the substrate and for inspection
  • Simplest creation of the programs through a 100% scan of the substrate
  • Processing large substrates of 550 x 500 mm
  • Recognition of synthetic fiducial marks or any geometry
  • Diffuse and direct camera illumination for optimal recognition and alignment of the substrates
  • Two oscillating supported print heads, independent from each other 
  • Programmable print head with closed control system
  • Pneumatic clamping of the squeegee prevents its loosening during production
  • Fixating the substrate is through over-top and y-clamping, interweaved subjects are also securely clamped
  • Motorized conveyor width adjustment, programmable via software, standard is front rail fixed
  • Direction of conveyor movement can be freely selected, standard is left-right, left-left, option right-left, right-right
  • Substrate supported by magnetic pins and magnetic blocks
  • Windows 7, 19''-TFT-Monitor, system programs and SPC-Data can be managed in the network

Stencil cleaner

  • Stencil underside cleaning with controlled motorized paper advance
  • Modes "Dry", "Wet" and "Vacuum" freely programmable
  • Wetting of the cleaning paper through a movable dispenser with adjustable flow volume and speed
  • Vacuum strip in different length available: 250 / 380 / 500 / 560 mm
