With a joint appearance, the system supplier Ersa presented itself together with its Japan representative Dynatech at Japan’s most importance fair for electronics production. Held for the first time in 1972, NEPCON Japan has grown over these four decades, together with the Japanese and Asian market for electronics production equipment.
With 110,000 visitors, the 46th NEPCON Japan from 18 to 20 January, 2017 broke all previous records, lying over 40% above the last year’s figure. For ten years now, Dynatech has been representing the Ersa tools division in the Japanese market with hand soldering equipment, soldering and desoldering stations, rework and inspections systems, together with all accessories and services and with considerable success. As an absolute highlight, Ersa presented its VERSAFLOW 3/45 selective soldering system in Japan for the first time. “With Dynatech we have an outstanding partner in the Japanese market – our tools division is very well received there. But the enormous interest in our selective soldering system came as a very positive surprise to us. Here at NEPCON Japan, we have made important contacts which we now have to turn into actual orders,” said Ersa General Sales Manager Rainer Krauss at the end of a very successful fair.
