GLOBAL INDUSTRIE is France’s reference fair for industry and took place in Paris from 27 to 30 March. Spread across four industrial sectors – SMART INDUSTRIES, INDUSTRIE (technologies and production machinery), TOLEXPO (technical solutions and machinery for sheet metal working) and MIDEST (know-how and industrial subcontracting) – around 2,700 exhibitors presented their technological highlights on an area of 100,000 square meters . These attracted upwards of 60,000 visitors on the four days of the fair.
Electronics manufacturing was also well represented with over 30 exhibitors, primarily component suppliers with production sites in France and abroad. “We made use of this event to establish important contacts for the future. The main focus, however, was definitely on integration into the complete production line,” said Rémy Lutz, Head of Distribution at Ersa France. Ersa’s contribution to this was a VERSAPRINT 2 ULTRA3 stencil printer and a HOTFLOW 3/14e reflow system.
“Both existing customers and potential purchasers were able to get a picture of the high performance of the Ersa products in a real production line – I am very confident that we will be in the running in numerous upcoming projects. We demonstrated our presence on the French market and proved that our systems are definitely in the premier league,” said a satisfied Rémy Lutz at the conclusion of the fair.
