On 03 and 04 April the electronics trade fair ENOVA took place in Nantes, France. The trade fair for electronics, metrology and optical technologies is held three times a year – once in the French capital Paris, twice as a regional trade fair. In 2019, Nantes was deliberately chosen as the venue for the fair, as numerous important electronics suppliers are based in Western France. 170 exhibitors took part in the Western French ENOVA, and 2,500 visitors were counted during the two days of the fair. “Of course, we will be present at ENOVA as system supplier no.1 for electronics production. We were very satisfied with the visitor quality here in Nantes and were able to welcome numerous existing customers,” said Rémy Lutz, Head of Sales Ersa France.
The highlight at the Ersa stand was the direct connection via live transmission to the application center in Wertheim. Only Ersa France could come up with this high-tech concept to not only show but also test the diversity of its product portfolio – an impressive experience for all those who have not yet experienced the Ersa machines in real operation. In addition, 20 Ersa customers with different projects were announced – a functional rework system was installed for the component repair, which aroused great interest on the part of the customers. The response to the digital presence during ENOVA in Nantes was enormous – the Ersa France team will continue and refine this approach in the future.
