FIEE Brazil 2017 – new success formula!

From 25th to 28th of July the electronic industry in Brazil gathered in São Paulo for the FIEE show. A new location and a new date proved to be a success recipe. The record number of visitors and rented square meters are proof of this success. The cautious economic growth and trust of entrepreneurs was clearly shown by the many visitors that came with concrete demands and projects.

Of course, Kurtz Ersa was present at the show together with our longstanding partner PSP Brasil. PSP chose for a new triangular booth concept which demonstrated a good access to all exhibited machines. The absolute eye-catcher of the booth was the SMARTFLOW selective soldering machine. Although the big installed base of Ersa selective soldering machines in Brazil, there is still a big potential and the interest on the show proved this. The latest generation of hand soldering equipment was also demonstrated with our 2 and 4 channel i-CON VARIO stations as well as the fully automated Hybrid Rework System HR 600/2. With live demonstrations the customers could see and experience the true competence of the equipment. The many leads and big interest of the customers is hopeful and indicates the start of economic recovery of the biggest player in South America.
