Trade visitors are always looking for innovative solutions for current and future challenges – this applies above all to dynamic electronics production. NEPCON South China delivered concrete solutions in the form of a complete high-tech SMT production line under the programmatic title “Smart Electronics Manufacturing Dream Factory Innovation Display Zone” from 28 to 30 August in Shenzhen. Ersa GmbH literally made the largest contribution with a 7 m long HOTFLOW 3/20. The reflow soldering system is ideally suited to the needs of the Asian market and reliably produces electronics for numerous customers in China.
In addition to the SMT line, Ersa offered its customers an optimal platform for exchange on the large exhibition stand. Due to massive customer demand, not only one but two HOTFLOW 3/20 were presented at the booth – plus the new VERSAPRINT 2 stencil printer, with which Ersa underlines its status as the No.1 system supplier in the SMT process. Ersa also showed competitive solutions in the conventional THT sector in the form of the POWERFLOW wave soldering system and various selective soldering systems. Outstanding: the technologically leading VERSAFLOW 4/55 with intelligent software and new hardware features. In addition to the machines, Ersa also presented innovative rework stations and hand soldering devices in the tools area – the HR 550 rework system received particular interest thanks to its intuitive handling.
