Welcome to Kurtz Ersa! At booth 16A23 we welcome you warmly in Düsseldorf for one week from 12.06.2023. You can look forward to many new exciting topics and the Kurtz answer to the trend of casting and 3D printing large parts.
THINK BIG - High Quality in Low Pressure: With Kurtz low pressure technology, the casting of large castings can be implemented without any problems. At the same time, we will explain the advantages of low pressure casting compared to die casting.
THINK BIG - High Quality in 3D Printing: In 3D printing, we have made tremendous progress in the development of our multi-head printer. Whether for prototype production or for small series. We will explain at our booth what is possible with the Kurtz Ersa Flying Ray.
The first highlight you will inevitably notice at our booth is the low pressure casting machine! This is a casting machine with a large clamping surface, which is nevertheless very compact. Due to its reduced overall height, it offers the advantage of being easily placed in existing halls - keyword brownfield. With the low pressure casting machines from Kurtz, the motto is: THINK BIG! Cast large parts or multiple cavities with our Kurtz machines!
The advantages of the Kurtz low pressure casting machine AL22-18FSC at a glance | ||
---|---|---|
High clamping force of 38 t with high opening force of 56 t | New vacuum system for venting + core gas extraction | Furnace capacity up to 3,000 kg |
Multiple riser system | Powerful, yet low-noise hydraulics | Large clamping area |
Large clear width between the columns | Mold weight up to 18 t | Energy-efficient cooling system |
Energy-efficient due to speed-controlled motor-pump drives | Easy maintenance | Intelligent machine control system |
As a second highlight, Kurtz will present its software solution to the foundries, which ensures high plant availability and optimizes your casting production! By using sensors on individual machines and lines, plant data can be continuously collected and analyzed. Fewer unscheduled machine downtimes, more efficient utilization of the entire machine park and an increase in service speed are just some of the numerous benefits. Would you like to know more? Metallic 3D printing is not a trivial matter. But for your prototyping or your small series exactly the right thing! With an installation space of 1,500 x 1,000 x 500 mm, it is ideal for large components. In the basic version of the Kurtz Ersa Flying Ray, eight lasers on eight swivel arms are used simultaneously. They operate in overlapping work areas in parallel. The laser power is adaptive. We have developed our multi-head printer in modular design to allow adaptation according to your ideas and component requirements. Modular design includes: Number of lasers, number and length of axes, center distance and overlap area of the swivel arms.
Intelligent solutions for innovative companies - we support our customers´ global activities with a worldwide service network. We actively work to ensure that malfunctions or machine downtimes do not occur in the first place or are quickly remedied. To this end, we offer comprehensive training packages for the operation, maintenance, repair and process optimization of our machines. Attractive service contracts and individual control system upgrades are waiting for you! Secure decisive competitive advantages - with maximum plant availability and process control.
