The Kurtz i-CAP provides an early automatic alert of the next service interval – an integrated RFID chip counts the number of cycles. In addition, the Kurtz i-CAP keeps information on the filler’s name, type, production date, service ID, total cycles, number of service packages and battery. This reduces machinery downtime to an absolute minimum. With the smart filling injector cap, the current meter reading can be checked remotely via smart phone and KISS app. Android appliances are supported by the Version 4.0 and later with near field communication. As soon as a filler has reached critical status, meaning that it will soon require servicing, the Kurtz KISS station comes into play. As a stationary system for filler maintenance, it allows up to five maintenance package to be entered, specific to the customer, and carried out. Visual maintenance instructions show the execution of leakage tests and explain how the Kurtz i-CAP can be read out and re-set.
