The icing on the cake of the Kurtz shape moulding machines is the new Kurtz ROTO FOAMER, which visitors to K 2016 can experience up close and in live demonstrations. With the double steam chamber which rotates through 180 degrees, the ROTO FOAMER is the specialist for insert moulding of EPS and EPP. Thank to its compact construction, the ROTO FOAMER makes ideal use of valuable production space. The rotating element permits filling and demoulding from the same side, an extremely user-friendly feature. Even faster removal can be achieved using the optional combination with a robot system.
With the ROTO FOAMER, a 50% shorter cycle time can be achieved – with an astonishing increase of efficiency and productivity! A highlight and of particular interest for the automotive industry – the ROTO FOAMER offers the possibility of foaming functional components.
