In the packaging industry efficieny and a fit price play the crucial roles. Particle foam made of EPS is the material that satisfies all demands: EPS is well-priced, extremely light, can be moulded in any way and it can be sawn, milled or cut like wood.
Efficient protection from the cold or the heat
Packagings made of EPS protect sensible products during transport and storage and help to avoid damage. The low heat conductivity protects the goods to be conveyed from thermal shocks respectively keeps them cold or warm. EPS is chemically neutral and is therefore suited for the transport of food products.
