Start of training in 2024 for 30 apprentices at Kurtz Ersa

11.09.2024

Kreuzwertheim | On September 2, 2024, the Kurtz Ersa Group welcomed 30 young people to the official start of their training at the company headquarters in Kreuzwertheim-Wiebelbach.

In addition to 22 apprentices in the fields of application development, electronics, administration, mechanics, warehouse logistics, mechatronics and technical product design, eight dual students also started in subjects such as business administration, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and industrial engineering.

Spread across all apprenticeship years, the training managers now have 111 junior employees at the Kurtz Ersa sites on both sides of the Main. “This means that we have once again - despite increasingly difficult conditions on the applicant market - achieved a training quota of over 10%. Even in economically challenging times, this is an excellent basis for ensuring that we will still have enough skilled workers in our own ranks tomorrow. We can be proud of this and it is important in order to provide our customers with top products and top service in the future,” said CFO & CEO a.i. Thomas Mühleck during the welcoming ceremony.

In the first week, the new Kurtz Ersa trainees undergo a varied onboarding program to get them off to a good start in the working world and to get to know their new fellow trainees and the Kurtz Ersa team. This included a team event at the historic iron hammer in Hasloch dating back to 1779, including a raft race, as well as a trainee barbecue at the end of the first week of training. The training management team is looking forward to the breath of fresh air that the 2024 training year will bring and wishes the 30 newcomers a good start at Kurtz Ersa and in the new phase of their lives!
