From casting to casting finishing

In addition to the casting equipment, we realize the complete automation optimally matched to the respective requirements of the customer. With well-founded expertise in the field of complete solutions and innovative technologies, we take care of the entire process chain. Our automated casting cells handle the insertion of cores and filters as well as the marking of the workpieces.

With gripper changing systems, the automations are possible as multi-versions and thus allow fast product changes. Feeding with cores and filters is made possible via infeed and outfeed conveyors or shuttles - as is the removal of the marked castings.
